Depends on what state you are in

Four DUIs? You should be in jail, not just losing your license!
This is not a joke about how long you lose your license. Who cares about your freedom to drive? You give up that right when you are impaired at ALL.
You are so irresponsible that you only care about your license and your abilty to drive and not about putting the WHOLE area at risk to be on the same streets with you!
If you don't get a grip on your behavior, will you even stop when someone is dead? Will it be your child or mine? Whose porch or fence are you going to destroy mine or yours?
If you have tried for 30+ years to get sober and STILL driving under the influence--ever!!!--you need to get in re-hab today!
You know how many DUIs I've had? none
You know when the last time I drank ANYTHING AT ALL and drove anywhere? 30+ years.
The last time I was even slightly tipsy was over 3 years ago.
You know when was the last time I had anything at all to drink? Saturday! I had a few sips of a drink a friend bought for me, and
decided I didn't need the calories.
In the 70's, I grew a brain, and grew up. I accepted the responsiblity to DRIVE like my life depended on it.And to drink-only when I am safely at home or not going to be called upon to drive.
I hope you get help for your problem, and quit worrying about getting caught and start worrying about doing the right thing.

Depends on the rest of the details of your DUI charge. The other DUIs will not be held against you for aggravating the charges because they happend more than 10 years ago.

Most likely it will be 90 days

Hopefully, they will take your's away for GOOD!!! You don't deserve to be on the road. Driving is a privilege, NOT a right.

But honestly, considering this is your 3rd offense for being stupid and drinking and driving...I know here in CT, they can take it away for 20 years if they wish to. It all depends on the laws in your state.

you dont say whether you have your license now but you should look up the habitual violator laws in your state, you may be surprised to know that in some states if you habitually drive while intoxicated or under the inluence you can loose your license and /orserve prison time

Frankly, I wish they could take it away permenantly. There's zero excuse for driving under the influence. You drink, you don't drive. If you have to drive, you don't drink. If you're willing to selfishly put the lives of others at risk for your own good time, I don't have an ounce of sympathy.

Since you seem to have a propensity for driving while intoxicated, do you not think you should, perhaps, consider not driving at all, just to be on the safe side? It might save your life - or more importantly, mine...
