Hi i need help. I have a huge stomach and arms. I want to lose weight.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well. The most important thing is to keep in mind that it will take some time, and the second most important thing is to start today.

There is only 1 way: Eat ONLY 3 meals a day, small portions, do NOT eat until you feel full, absolutely ZERO food between meals, no soft drinks or koolaid; exercise. Do not ask ANYONE to do something for you. Do it yourself. WALK to the mailbox, WALK to the kitchen for a glass of water, WALK through the store instead of using a scooter. This will force yourself to get exercise you would normally force on someone else (a subconscious habit virtually all people have with a weight problem).
It took a lo-o-o-ong time to get the excess on. Thank goodness it won't take that long to get it off. Self-control. Break it down into 10 pound segments.

Diet and exercise. Eat 1500 cals a day and walk and do sit up and use small weight with lots of reps to work out your arms. Drink lots of water! 32 ozs a day

Stop eatting junk foods, plan balanced meals, work out, jog, jog alot, suana, steam room. Do not go on those stupid celery and other diets that make you eat barely enough to live. Also, a multi-vitamin every day. Good luck.

stop eating junk foods. eat raw vegetables and food. do fasting fortnightly, do regular exercise, jogging, swimming, yoga, walk a mile after every meal. drink plenty of fluids. This will help you reduce the weight gradually. DONT DREAM OF RESULTS WITHIN A SHORT SPAN. AT LEAST YOU NEED SIX MONTHS.
RESULT WILL BE GRADUAL.

No easy answer, you need to motivate yourself. Try joining a gym and getting advise from a personal trainer. The best way to loose weight is correct eating plan and exercise!!! There are no short cuts......

You should go to Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig and also find a personal trainer to help you with exercise.

Go on a restricted calorie diet, eat only healthy foods and get some cardio, walking, running eventually.
