I wouldn't be surprised if they actually did do it, as long as you know the signs, can drive and see correctly its all that matters, think about it...

Most signs are pictures. I did see a case where a lady kept missing the eye test, basically she couldn't see well, and the person giving her the test kept saying try again. By the 5th time she had it memorized and passed. Scary!

I think it is wrong, but you know, there are even people that don't even know how to read or write , and they are in their 60's and have been driving all of these years! I don't see how they do it, nor how they even get their license.

Should not be allowed. How can you give someone a document that important if they cannot even read what is on it, let alone the applications to apply for it?
