I recently had a pcl reconstruction on my right knee due to an injury I received while training. Prior to joining the Army I had to get a waiver due to an acl reconstruction I had a few years before. Do you think that with the pcl surgery combined with the prior acl surgery I will be medically discharged?

If you can perform at the standard the army requires you will not be discharged. They have invested quite a lot in you by now and will want something in return. They can also probably keep you on light duty of some kind until you are 100%.

They might because they figure this may keep happening if strenuous activities are kept up... since you had one before but they did waive it maybe thinking it was just a one time dealy. Now that it happened again, mnaybe they will reconsider. Depending on how far into the military career you are. .. They could just downgrade you.

If the military finds it will hurt your job performance. They have gotten more lenient, so it is hard to tell.
