I posted a message last month to ask for any advice on finding my missing pedigree cat. To my delight she was handed into the local vets exactly a month to the day she went missing. I was so glad to be reunited with her and would like to thank those who were kind enough to post helpful advice. The man who found her for me had a reward from my insurance company for £250. There are some decent people out there after all. Thank you x

That is so cool! I am happy for all involved. Thank you for letting us know! She'll probably never go straying again, after this.
By the way, my friend's Angora kitten also went missing a month ago. She searched for it all round the neighbourhood. Then the guy at her local petrol station told her he had seen a white kitten clinging to the roof of her father's car, a few days before. She asked her father where he'd gone that day - it was to play golf in a country golf-club. But she made posters anyway and put them up around the golf-course, and a day later someone phoned to say they had found the kitten.
What are the chances of that? Just go to show, never give up. Miracles can and do happen and cats work in mysterious ways!

Aaawww good for you two! A celebratory huge tin of salmon on the cards then! My cat was missing for ages, It turned out that a pensioner a few streets away found her, minus her collar, and took her in. She still lives there, but I have visitation rights!

Like considered one of the different answerers I had a cat that became long previous for each week and got here returned on his very own. Posters and chatting with buddies is an exceedingly sturdy thought. while you're college age you are able to point out it at college on your classmates and to three of the different grades. additionally, a decision to veterinarians and municipal animal shelters around there could turn some thing up. in case you reside in an area your cat could are turning out to be trapped interior someones storage (or shed). you are able to attempt strolling a number of the streets (on condition that it is risk-free to accomplish that) and calling your cat once you get to a storage. if your cat hears you he or she could cry out, and you are able to knock on the abode door (given which you sense risk-free!!) and ask with reference to the storage. Cats are quite inventive. Ours have found out the thank you to coach on our mattress room faucet to get water (or to play, or wake us up) and to open doors (in the event that they have latches instead of knobs). if your cat is trapped in a storage she/he will in all risk get out quickly and are available perfect abode, so do no longer supply up desire. another element, if your cat isn't spayed or neutered he/she could have run off for a trip (with the intention to speak). while it quite is over he/she could desire to come abode, as nicely.
