I am on it right now. I have had no side effects. The main thing is to take it lots of water and drink water all through the day as well.
On thing worth noting here is that you need to make sure you are buying the Real Hoodia-and not the counterfeit ones. If you purchase any Hoodia product for less than $32 then they aren't the real deal. At least that is what I was told when I bought mine from GNC. I wouldn't buy them anywhere except a drug store or GNC health food store. You need to be REAL careful if you buy them on the Internet.
I believe it too because I bought some before and after reading that label, compared to this bottle I recently purchased, I found out that the first ones weren't certified-and they didn't work at all.

There are indications that Hoodia may cause liver damage. By having Hoodia pills alone, you will not lose weight permanently and may suffer from side effects, since your body still needs proteins and vitamins for daily activities.
