i asked my ex boyfriend if we still had a chance in getting back together and he basically said no by saying that his happy being single. his the one that asked me out and wanted to be with me and he says that it was nothing that i did that made him agree to the break up. he had issues and he found it easier to deal with them without having me. he said that he is happy being single? we've been broken up for about 2 weeks now. am i really meant to believe this wen i noe his going thru a lot more. our break up was a mutal agreement. i asked him whether he wanted to break up to work things out and he said yes

Give him the space, and see if later the two of you can work things out. do not call him, move on with your life, it is going to be hard, but with time you will see the light, and for your own sanity, you need to start to think about yourself! Move on, go out and meet new friends!

wait hold on... the break up was a mutual thing right? then why go back if it was mutual! think about it first and try enjoy the single life and have fun without hhim that way he'll see what he's missing and will be coming back for more of you, play the game if you want him back..

Looks like you let him off the hook. He was looking to break up and you gave him the easy way out.
He is not interested in a relationship with you. You should move on.
