Patience can be a virtue. And in some situations it can take you a long way and can be well worth it.

Practice Mindfulness Meditation. Look it up on the internet and print up info. on a few good sites. Practice Mindfulness Meditation twice a day. It is quite easy and produces much patience and tolerance within a person.

I try to take a step back and look at the bigger picture.
Sometimes I even try to look at the situation as if I'm a 3rd person. It gives me clarity and helps me get past whatever I feel at the moment. And I try to think before I speak...always good so you don't say something you wish you could take back.

I don't know if you're religious, but you could try praying to god for patience.

Patience is hard to deal with!

I have a couple of types on dealing with patience.... first try to found something to do.... such as talking on the phone, cleaning, playing video games... SOMETHING

Second, try to forget about it!

good luck!

deep breath is good. then try to see the situation for what it is and try not to over react.

Step out of it if you can and come back to the problem later.
