most commercial aircraft have a wing pitch angle of 4degrees, if in flight the angle goes below 4degrees will the plane descend??

Lift and Drag ratios are done experimentally in wind tunnels. You will need to know the air velocities before and after the wing so you can calculate the pressure differences. Rest is just the matter of different attack angles. You will get a different lift n drag for different attack angles.
