Post excrement through his letter box, continually order pizzas for him, post his number over town as a gay escort service, break into his apartment when he is not in and put prawns in his curtain rails and around the apartment, throw stones at his windows when he is in, superglue his door shut, nails his ears to the floor.

Assuming that you have no witnesses to the threat, a conviction is unlikely. At this time inform the appropriate authority like police and anti social task force. When you inform the Anti Social Task Force (ASTF) they should provide you with a pack containing legal advice and a diary. The diary is to record the times of incidents which builds of a sequence of events and demonstrates the level of the problem, thereafter the ASTF can act as professional witnesses by witnessing the behaviour from your home. In the meantime avoid any further confrontation with this male. Unfortunately in order for him to be prosecuted he will know that you have made a complaint.

i found my self in a similar position a while back when i lived in a particulary rough part of town, this one guy made hell for everyone
with constant music blasting, doing drugs, groups of his friend round,i approached him too, only to recieve a mouthfull of expletives and threats of violence
so this one night me and a few mates got together got a few drinks inside us and waited, soon enough the shouting and screaming, the music started up a round 3 am, the drug runs
same old same old
so we went round kicked his door in dragged him into his living room now one of the lads was a bad man an x boxer x army still a good friend though now he gave him such a crack i swear this guys jaw almost as good as come clean off it was just flappin around his face an he was so high he just looked stunned an sort of played with it a little
it went very quiet after that i moved now though
so i would say do the same **** him he's a shitbag with no respect, good luck with the beating

your name suggests to me that you are a peaceful person.

Just leave a crate of broken glass outside of his window on the floor, use a ladder to grease his windowsill. Then gently rest some charcoal up against his front door and pop a lit firelighter under them.

Then just walk away- you don't want to cause any hassle. Why not get your camera ready and watch the crate of broken glass?

Report the problem to the landlord and/or the police. If you are scared he is going to kill you, it is probably a police matter. Other than that, you might just want to move.

Get in their first, when you next see him say someones put a complaint in against you but you don't know who it was. Then when you complain about him he might not think it was you! Cunning plan!

Or

Everytime you see him start twitching and punching the wall, he might think your a nutter and be too scared to confront you!

Suck it up, or call and ask the police to keep the complaint annonymous. Only problem is, the cops can't arrest him then.

Don't you have a condo association you could complain to?

Tell the police about the whole thing especially the death threat if he made one. NEVER NEVER take the law into your own hands.
