I had a dream last night, well really this morning, and towards the end of the dream I heard someone tell another about about the book of Joseph, and particurly a chapter about a son not being his son, So automaticly I thought Jesus and Joseph, so I woke up and looked it up and the only thing I found about Joseph, was The book of Joseph Smith, who as u know is the Morman prophet so to speak.

Those words ring in my head now, and I need to know if there is a gospel r book of Joseph, I know there is not one in the bible, or to my knowledge there is no such book titled this within the lost or forgotten books of christanity, so I need to know if there is a refferance some where within these lost and forgotten books, or within other religious text.

R u all dim, I asked a serious question, What has happened to Y!A since I stoped using it reguraly, I have read the bible, I have sand through the lost books, and to my account they r just a vaild as those in the bible, those in the bible protected the establised way of life, the one not in it were meant to be destroyed, but yet we still have them and by the grace of god you tell me that if there important they would have ben added to the bible, they were saved from the fire, and in my dream the people quoted the said the name of the book, and the verse and chapter, then said the thing about not being his son, I know it was not in the bible, and Im just asking for a refference of such book, that may have existed, a journal of Joseph maybe, and if you notice I said so to speak prophet, because jus because Joseph SMith was fake he is still a prophet to a faith.

And for the one who mention gospel of Judas, that was found about 40 or 50 years ago, it was just pieced togeher, and completely translated, but give or take a few that tranlation has been around for 10 or so years, but I may be wrong.
Another thing tough that people forget in regards to judas, he was a Scholar and he and he alone had the smarts to write the other gospel, other then the book of luke that states it was written from story of people who witnessed to jesus techings

There is a book called the Testament of Joseph as one of the 12 tribes of Israel. I have a copy of the book which is part of a big book called,"The Lost Books of the Bible" or The Forgotten Books of Eden. It is published by World Publishing-Times Mirror. I bought a copy long ago and still have it, which was the twenty-seventh printing - 1972

Copy right 1926 by Alpha House, Inc.

Remember that Joseph was Jacob's favorite son and he was a dreamer. He used to tell his dreams to his brothers who became very jealous of him. Later they sold him to the Ishmaelites who were passing nearby and heading to Egypt.

I am sure you can find a copy of the book in any big bookstore. I had a copy of the book from a bookstore called "Crock and bertanos in Chicago-Illinois in 1972"

There are many men name Joseph in the bible. There is the Joseph of the OT story of Joseph and his brothers. His brothers sold his as a slave in Egypt. There is Joseph the “father” of Jesus. But he was only Jesus’ step father. Maybe this is what you saw in your dream. And there is Joseph of Arimathea, a rich man, who gave his tomb to be used to place Jesus in.

Dreams are a combination of things. Sometimes God can talk to us, but most of the time our brain/mind is just clearing out stuff from the past day. So if you had something going on with your own father and you felt unloved or something you might have a dream that you were not really Joseph’s son. And maybe something happened with a book, and your mind put them all together.

As to a book. Apparently there are two called "the Story of Joseph the Carpenter" and the "Life of the Virgin and Death of Joseph". but the chruch does not feel that these are valid sources.

I don't know of any "Book of Joseph" either. I'd suggest that you read as much as you can about Joseph in the bible, beginning with Genesis. Like you, messages from God came to Joseph in his dreams. He also had the gift of interpreting dreams of others. He also had many issues with his father and brother because of his dreams. This may be what you're looking for. Messages sent to you in a dream are almost never literal, you have to study based upon the part of the dream that you DID understand. Study him. That may have been God's way of revealing to you what your gift is and the first steps of how to utilize it. If you need help in this area, e-mail me.

it was probably satan invading your dreams and trying to cause confusion. The only book you can rely on as the truth is the bible. If these lost books were meant to be in there they would have been. God would have made sure of that. As for the joseph smith who the Mormon believe as a prophet is just ridiculous. No where in the bible does Jesus talk about making a pit stop in the Americas on His way to heaven

It's been a long time since even psychologists pay any attention to what people dream. Most authorities believe it doesn't tell us anything. The dream is simply unregulated thoughts flowing through a sleeping brain. No significance, no meaning.

lesson forty seven on exaltation has been replaced. The previous version reported the meaning of eternal advance (having spirit toddlers that could have a similar relationship to their worth mormon spirit father as people could desire to God now). Now it in simple terms says "take section in eternal advance". i assume the section approximately transforming into a god on your guy or woman people grew to become into so strange they're attempting to conceal it up. My guess is that in the time of any version of Gospel concepts after 2010s could have eternal advance and the section approximately transforming into gods got rid of all mutually.

There is no book in the Bible entitled Joseph, or the Gospel of Joseph, or Epistle of Joseph.

Joseph Smith (LDS) is a false prophet whose teachings deny the deity of Jesus Christ.

All forms of the words STICK, OF and JOSEPH in the Text of the Scriptures, sorted by relevance.

Ezek. 37: 16, 19
16 Moreover, thou son of man, take thee one a stick, and write upon it, For Judah, and for the children of Israel his companions: then take another stick, and write upon it, For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel his companions:
• • •
19 Say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I will take the stick of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellows, and will put them with him, even with the stick of Judah, and make them one stick, and they shall be one in mine hand.

This could be the passage you are referring to. The Book of Mormon is known as the stick of Joseph, stick means book.

Joseph Smith translated this book by the power of God. I would suggest you read the Book of Mormon and do some research and pray yourself to understand.
