Well just flirt with him a little bit. Like if you are playing. If he flirts back most probaly he likes you. Become good friends with him and earn his trust . After maybe some time then just tell him you have "feelings for him" DO NOT say you love him because then most guys feel important. If he "has feelings for you" too then go out with him and if he doesn't well pretend you don't care (even if you can't live without him) Play hard to get and most likely he would like you back. Sooner or later. Well if that doesn't work then just get over him... You fall in love more than one time in you life

You just need to tell him all the feelings that have been pent up inside all the while. Write down what you want to say and rehearse it, and write a letter for when you become overcome with nervousness.
