Queen Cake
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 cups sifted cake flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup milk
PREPARATION:
Beat together shortening, salt and vanilla. Add sugar gradually and cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift flour and baking powder together 3 times.

Do you mean "Angel Food Cake?" Egg whites, flour, vanilla, oil, and I forget the rest. The last time I saw one made was my mother at least 30 years ago. Make sure you beat it until the mixture forms "peaks."
