White wine has all the nutrients of the original grape except things like vitamine C which is destroyed. The sugar in the grape is of course turned to alcohol. A very healthy drink on the whole. Red wine also has tannin which is beneficial for your heart too much gives some people headaches.

By the way, all white wines share approxamately the same nutrition profile. Riesling may be slightly higher in sugar and lower in alcohol however.
