I'm extremely athletic, just way muscular and it feels so fat....how can I not feel so fat?? Lots of people tell me that there are many out there who would want to have my body....is that true???

PLEASE just quit listening to advertisements and fashion and all the other money driven influences that our culture uses and do just this---BE HEALTHY and HAPPY. There is no standard or "what you ought to be" that can even come close to the person that only you know. Do what it takes to make you healthy and look for happiness in the big picture. Also, don't compare yourself to anyone. You cannot be like them AND they couldn't begin to be as special as you. My wife is 39, 5'4", and 160lbs, and absolutely beautiful. She has exactly what it takes to make me and herself happy.

You should like you are on the verge of realizing that image and self image are separate and should always be controlled by yourself.

No way! You're totally not fat. IN fact, it sounds like you're actually underweight for your height. The muscle actually weighs more than fat, which is causing you to probably feel sort of big, but you're actually not at all. If you don't like your muscular appearance of your legs, you might want to cut down on some of your athletic activities that are causing the muscles to get so developed. I bet you actually look great!! (Also, keep in mind that the older you get, the more your curves will start to enhance your figure.)

SO you are not fat and many women for that matter men would love to have weight of pure muscle I am 5ft 5 in and I weigh 120lbs. I am very athletic. I am also 29 years old but when I was 16 I was in every sport that you can think of and I weighed 130lbs of pure muscle use it to your advantage be proud and turn that muscle into pure sexiness you don't have flab you have beautiful muscle that is a huge accomplishment. Expeciallsy juding 1\2 (or more) of our nations children are over weight use your atheticness as a way to mentor over weight children. Don't ever think that you are overweight when you are fit.

everything is relative from a certain perspective. Use Einstein's theory against weight. Advise, do what is "healthy" for your body per doctor's, nutritionist, and health advisors. Do not do what society and advertisements tells you that you should do and look like to be "perfect".

Unfortunately it's common for a young woman to have these feelings about their body. You are beautiful. Tell yourself that every day.

I don't think you are fat. In fact, I am envious of you. Maybe you should speak to your trainer about your condition (If you have signed up for fitness programs)
