When we pet him in a certian part on his back, near his tail, he turns his head from side to side and sticks his tounge out. It is the funnies thing I've ever seen in my life. But why does he do it??

Every (female) cat I've ever petted near this area has always arched it's back to create pressure against my hand. I'm sure it's some type of sexual reaction. Just smile and show your friends your new found 'funny' :-)

It is a mating thing with cats. I teach my kids to pet there heads and scratch their necks and leave everything behind there alone..
Also if you get a stray female with sores on their heads, that is from male cats biting their ears to hold them down during mating.
If you ever see a momma cat bit the ears of the young it is her way of disciplining or getting them to do something she wants like hold still or come with her...Cats are great, I have 3!

administration the doggy and prepare it manners and the cat will be a lot happier. The cat replaced into there first, and the doggy is the single which needs to locate the fashion to slot in and behave itself and that incorporates with the cat.

Most cats just knead and purr like crazy when you scratch their back right before their tails because it feels so good to them;it must be hard to reach for them to scratch it themselves. Your cat sticks his tongue out instead. My cat used to purr and purr until he'd turn around and try to bite you. They do weird things when they feel good.

Because it feels really good to him. Same for when you scratch a dog in a certain spot and his foot starts moving. It feels really good.
