I train at home everyday outside. It is encouraged to train outside of the dojo, it helps with the memorization of what ever you are training in. Also remember that repitition helps with not only memorization, but helps with muscle memory and with instinct, so if you are ever in a situation, you will know how to react to it, the worst thing to do in a physical fighting situation is to have your mind to go "blank" and not know how to react.

As far as training in class, I go to class
Tues. from 7-9 p.m.
Thurs. from 7-9pm
Friday from 6-7pm
My job prevents me from going more. Which is why I practice at home.

I train in my front yard, usually between midnight and 3 or 4 in the morning, sometimes even until 5 or 6 depending on my mood. I prefer those times as they are quieter, less distractions. Of course that's because I'm not teaching right now....when I am teaching then...my schedule changes and it goes to from about 9 at tnight until 1 or 2 in the morning.

I work 50 hrs a week, I also take college classes at night. So, the short answer is I work out wherever and whenever I can. The men's bathroom at work seems to be a popular place for me to run forms.
At night after the family goes to bed I run my forms in the garage.

I can only train in a Dojo, so I only get to train once a week, but I'd like to do more. You also need a qualified instructor with you. But I used to train in my bedroom for TKD.
