I've heard those spots be called everything from milk bumps to rice spots. Its a very common, harmless skin disease that people with latino blood typically get, other ethnicities get it too. Check with your doctor if it really bothers you.

If it does not itch it is a skin thing, but if it itches then is fungus... Check with your doctor, he will probably ask for a piece of your face to do nuclear tests... I hope it helps

it could just be a pimple or a boil but see a doctor to find out for sure
