My cat used to open the windows and let himself out. I used to wake up every morning and find the side window open, I was going nuts thinking that I kept leaving the window open. One day a was sitting in the living room and I saw my cat jump on the window sill, lift up the bottom latch the pull the second latch and with his head push the window open. Thank goddness its was only a small window otherwise I would have found myself robbed.

I have one kitty who thinks he is a dog. He plays fetch, rolls over and plays dead, begs and shakes. And yes he opens doors (lots of cats can do that, I have 3 out of 4 right now that do). This guy also will "go" in the toilet sometimes. He follows me into the bathroom and waits for me to finish and after I flush, he will climb up on the seat, straddling the hole and do his business. I was shocked the first time he did this. Now, if I can just teach him to flush....

My cat can flush the toilet, opens doors and fetches a ball for my hubby, she also growls when some is at the door.

She love to attack your ankles, and as my husbands ankles click she really loves his.

A couple months back our daughter came home for the weekend, and brought a stomach bug with her, thankfully I did not get it, but my husband did, and as he is a insulin diabetic, he was rather ill, Tem^shi sat watch over him, while I was at work, and every time my daughter went to check on her father Tem^shi hissed and spat at her. My daughter rang me to complain about the cat, my colleague's thought it was very funny.

my cat knows how to open doors.... its really tough to keep her an indoor cat when she can do stuff like that. shes also a very good fly trap. Shes just a plain good hunter, too many mice and birds being brought into the house!

My kitty is very young, but showing signs of intelligence that really impress me. She fetches her mouse and brings it back to me and drops it. She also pushes doors open with her paws. I have to put heavy objects on my floor vents cause she uses her paws to flip them out of the floor and climbs inside. These don't probably sound like much to most people, but I think it's pretty cool.

that is a neat trick

I had a cat once that taught itself how to play fetch. I was baking in the kitchen one day and I was trowing away a piece of foil but missed the trash can. Milo ran over to the balled up foil and brought it over to me which I thought was odd. So I picked it up and through it across the room and he ran over to it picked it up in his mouth and ran it back over to me.
Everytime after that if you got out the foil you had to make him a small ball to play w/. you through it across the room and he would bring it back. If you ingnored him when you brought it back he would do everything to get your attention crawl on you bite you nudge you scratch you. When I moved from the apartment we were living in we found what seemed like 100 or so foil bals that he lodged under things washer dryer fridge stove closets sofas they were every where.
