Do activities that are fun to you...like basketball or whatever. I am having a hard time losing weight myself, I finally just decided to do an hour of walking a day, mostly I walk and do a couple bursts of running throughout the hour to get my heart rate up. It seems like it is working although I have only been doing it for about a week(also counting calories), but I've lost about 3 lbs or so. Losing weight can be hard for some people (like me!) so don't get discouraged. Good LUck!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

Dancing helps you loose wieght enjoyable.Dont you notice that dancers have the best body shapes.When your dancing you are working all of yor body and you are enjoying your self.
