As the other posters have said, vitamin E is outstanding for your skin. Equally important to healthy skin are vitamins A, B6, B12, and C. Vitamin K is great if you have a history of broken capillaries and Zinc and Magnesium are minerals essential to skin function.
There is some research that preliminarily suggests that internal hyaluronic acids may help in supplement form. Currently, hyaluronic acid is available for joint health.
Green Tea extract is also a god anti-oxidant and will help with the overall quality of your skin.

I heard vitamin E was really good. And I had a lot of skin blemishes and what not and I started to drink more water (6 - 8 glasses) and that actually really helped clearing up my skin.

st john's wart, helps alot of things, also eating right and exercising, lotion, and if you go to your local health food store they can give you alot of helpful infortmation too.
