YES, this is a good amount of time for a workout. Suggested time is 30 minutes a day or about 3 times a week. Good Luck and keep up the good work(out)

yes I AGREE with all of them that if you are stay healthy it is enough to exercise 30 or 40 minuts.

30-40 minutes of elevated heartbeat is enough to count as a good amount amount of exercise (especially with the walk to and from added).
You aren't going to get super-fit but you'll definitely be healthier than those who don't get this much exercise and it's a good use of your break.

Well considering the Department of Health recommend 20 mins of aerobic (that means getting up a sweat and getting your heart pumping) exercise, three times a week, you should be just fine my friend!
