I'm taking this night class that is four nights long and sit by this attractive young lady. Tonight will be our third night and last week I found out from her that we went and graduated from the same college around the same time, which gave me some good conversation starters. When I asked her about anything she didn't include "my boyfriend and I" in any of here answers so tonight I want to ask her out but was just wanting some opinions on when and what is the best way to say or do it. Like on the way out should I ask her if she has any plans later this week and if so would she like to go and have a drink? I almost said something as we were walking out last week but didn't. I mean I've asked girls out in bars and what not but never had this kind of opportunity to ask a girl out from a class. Seeing that back in college I never had any women in my classes.

asking her if she would go for a snack at a "Dennys" or something like that usually works.

It seems to me, as a woman, that asking me to go get a drink seems way to foward, first are you sure she drinks, what Im getting at is the offer to put her a different state of mind... Drunk! She almost may think you are trying to take advantage of her you know? So what I suggest is something open and public where you can get to know eachother with out the whole "date" thing weighing eachother down and also where a little fun is happening. I would feel most comfortable at a sports bar, you have pool tables food and the option to drink too. So think of some place to go first. Now the killer... you are good to ask her if shes free this weekend or if she has plans thats a good way to find out if shes open, if she is open go ahead and ask her if she wants to go out, if shes busy and gives you and explanation go with that and make your plans accordingly she if she will join you when she gets back, if there is no explanation about where she is going this wekend, she is probably not interested, well good luck hope all goes well.

Yeah I think you should have asked her out that night, but asking her tonight is fine too! Say to her "Hey, when we were talking the last time I noticed you didn't mention a boyfriend. (Smile at her) and then ask her if she is involved. If she says no, then use the line that you wanted to use....ask her out for a drink or ask her to dinner in case she doesn't drink. In fact, I would start out by asking her to a dinner or movie. Asking her out for a drink may come off as if you want to get her loaded or something. So start with dinner or a movie, and then see where the conversation takes you. Good Luck :-)

Alright buddy this is a toughie! It is a different scenario and that is why you have reservations about asking her out. Keep cool...drink alittle if you need courage. Ask her out for drinks, that's all. It doesn't mean a date or you're interested in her. Move slow. Prepare for rejection and never give up on asking any girl out. Girls will be interested if you don't look or sound eager. It is the pervert they are trying to avoid.

Be direct, be confident and take a chance. If she has a boyfriend or is otherwise not interested she will say no. It is not the end of the world. Relationships involve risk. Remember that faint heart never won fair lady.
