I bought this a few months ago from (I will only give initials of the co.) G.A.P. After going on line I found that the co. should specify with a certificate on the lable that it is trueAfrican and that $$' will be paid to thr tribe. AlsoThis stuff is loaded with other ingrediant.2000mg.Glucommanan, Green tea extract.300mg., SGCG 90 mg. ,and worst of all Caffiene 50mg.

Did they claim it was something it wasn't or did you assume it was something that they didn't say it was?

Once you are clear in your mind that they didn't describe the product properly you have a case.

First, go ask nicely.
Second, ask to see the boss and ask what their dispute resolution policy and procedure is.
Follow their process politely but firmly, keep notes about your contacts (what was said, date time, name, phone number, etc).

If all of this doesn't work ask your local consumer rights people for help (they'll be in your phone book).

Try asking for your money back. Otherwise you could hire a lawyer for thousands of dollars and spend the next 5 to 10 years suing them.

Justice only belongs to those that can afford it.
