I have rushes on my skin. They itch and look nasty.

If you mean rashes... drink water. You are most likely allergic to something. Try changing things one at a time. Clothes soap, then certain things in your diet, like maybe soda pops containing a lot of color like grape. Maybe you just have dry skin. Drink lots of water and use lotion that doesn't contain perfumes. Put it on a small area first or you may have a lot of pain!
