u should get that chec ked it can be herpes but i beleive it is just an allergy maybe to your lipstick or something u eat me friend et rashes and it was because i was allergic to aspirin and she wouldnt have known if she didnt go to the doctor her lips will get a rash and sweel up, it can also be a sign of rosasia maybe going to the doctor will recommend a dermatologist for you. take care of yourself u never know if u are eating something u are highly allergic too and it maybe affecting you.

it couls be just have a heat rash or ezyma just leave it dont scratch it should go down if not see you r GP
