I am 15 years old and my weight is about 55 kilo gram. I tried every sports that can makes me more slim. But it doesn't help. I want to be 45. Can i? Every four times a week i will treadmill at my house, but it just can loose my calories about 100 and other. What am i must do? I'm sick with this body.

Do you drink a lot of soda? If so, you will have to quit or cut WAY down. I kept gaining until I got off them. It is possible, I did it. You have to sweat, burn off more calories than you take in. Some of the people above me gave good answers, sorry about the insensitive ones....
I have heard that calcium helps, so will green tea. LOTS of water can help flush the toxins out, which will help. For snacks, eat raw fruits and veggies, and I have heard that eating a snack every 2 or 3 hours can keep your metabolism up, just make sure it has hardly any calories.
Don't completely cut out sweets, just eat very small amounts. Like if you just have to have a donut, don't eat 1/2 a package, buy those tiny ones and only have one. Just enough to satisfy your sweet tooth. Portion control is everything.
I have also heard that your body can get used to a certain exercise or diet, so you have to vary it to keep loosing weight. Good luck, and I am with you, I am trying too, but seem "stuck" at the moment...

You must learn portion control and get on a good wholesome for your body. Moderate exercise like a 30 minute walk will do more good than trying to work off the calories on a treadmill. And it will help you mentally to stick to your new life plan. Try looking up "Exchange diet" or Sugar Busters diet. They both are very good for anyone. No sodas or junk food either! You just have to learn what is good for you and stop beating yourself up. godloveya.

if u eat properly, 3 meals a day and no junk - u exercise regular do 30 mins a night on the tread mill and sit ups then u sudnt have a problem with it coming off. but its not a quick process it will take time, jus stick to it and dont give up.

no your not stuck just make sure you eat 3 sensible meals a day (skipping meals can make you gain weight) and keep excersing as you are stil only 15 you are still growing also and your body needs a good balance of diet and exercise

That is hardly fat to be 55kg, even if you were only 5ft. Stop overreacting. You should not be 45kg, unless you are under 5ft2 now that you are 15 years old. Please just eat well and shape up, but don't try to lose any weight. Take care : )

maybe you can lose some weight, but please don't drop to 45k. A balanced diet, plenty of water and exercise are all the right ingredients for losing weight. laughing lots is also supposed to help. good luck, but don't drop too low. You're still growing and going through education, exams etc. you will need your strength.
