You can sign up to any popular website like myspace.com which is full of up and coming musicians of all kinds. Include in your profile that you're an aspiring DJ, and browse for other people who are DJs on the site. Most of them will gladly chat with you and answer any questions you have about their profession, how they got their start, and give you insider tips. Good luck.
