You have your past bottled up in you & this is its only release. You're going to need to talk to a professional about whats bothering you. Whether you do this behind your husbands back or be up front & tell him is up to you...but if my wife had issues like this & I really loved her, I would want her to get help. Maybe even if you could just tell him the whole story (I know it's easy for me to say) & get it off of your chest, the nightmares would end.
Good luck!

I think your nightmares are being triggered because you weren't honest with your husband about your past. You started off your marriage with a bit of a lie going on. To me, not telling the entire truth or hinding the truth is just like living a lie. If he can't accept what was in the PAST, then you two have no right to a future. You need to seek couseling alone and with your husband. If he loves you, he will accept you, no matter what. If he can't accept it, then he doesn't deserve you. Good luck, hun.

You need to tell your husband. Keeping it from him is surely bothering you & subconsciously it's coming out in your dreams. If you talked it through with him you'd probably feel a big weight has been lifted & feel a lot better. Right now it seems like you're keeping a huge secret, a major part of your life, from the man you love, the man who loves you.

Hey there. Look don't freak out. I had a similar problem like yours from watching the movie "the omen" it really gave me nightmares all the time. But you know what you can do. You can just clear out your mind from all the nightmares & relax. If that doesn't work. It could be something else. You might want to visit a therapist or something. I hope it helps. :) sweet dreams ;) lol

This is your body and mind's way of telling you that you need to work through you past; the alternative is that it will come and remind you over and over again until you do. It watched it happen to someone close to me. My advise is get professional help from a social worker to help you through this. Always remind yourself of how far you have come, and that you can get through this. Good luck:)
