Don't eat or drink things that will stain your teeth- coffee and tea are big offenders. As far as tooth whiteners, I finally went to the dentist after months of trying the brush on stuff. The brush on stuff didn't work and it made the skin inside my mouth peel. Gross. The dentist gave me 2 options- zoom whitening, or getting a tray and gel to use nightly. I chose to get the trays and saved about $400. It still cost me $300 to do the tray and gel.

Crest Whitestrips Premium and Aquafresh Extreme Clean Toothpaste. I get compliments on my white teeth all the time.

Whitestrips do work but I've found making sure you brush 2 times a day does the trick.

BRUSH THEM TWICE A DAY & USE MOUTHWASH THAT DOESN'T UPSET YOUR STOMACH AFTER EACH BRUSHING.
YOUR TEETH SHOULD SHOW BRITENESS AND FEEL CLEANER. ALSO USE TOOTHPASTE WITH WHITENING FOR THE WHITEST SMILE.
