Buy an exfoliating product and use it in the shower!

If you haven't exfoliated before, begin gently. Go to a makeup counter if you have the money, but sometimes those can be harsh. The best way (recommended by my Holistic Dermatologist) is to mix oatmeal and honey and scrub gently in circular motions for approx. 2 minutes; do this no more than 3-4 times a week. Follow with a yogurt (or equally soothing) mask for 10 minutes, then moisturize. Good luck!

I like to use salt scrubs from Bath and Body Works. They also carry sugar scrubs which are a bit more gentle on the skin. Just don't apply it to your skin after you've shaved or if you have a fresh cut b/c it will burn! The results: soft skin with a clean shine!
