The back passenger side of my car rattles like it is going to fall apart when I am driving on bumpy roads. I can't hear it at high speeds and it only happens on that one side. What could this be? It was just in the shop last week and they didn't notice anything, but it's getting progressively worse. Please help me.

Sway bar link or a strut

Maybe the springs, shocks or struts, but check out the fender and it's attachment to the car as well. I have a friend who's Taurus rattles too, and his driver side fender fell off one day! We went back down that road, and couldn't find it. The passenger side of his car stared doing the same thing, and we checked and sure enough the rivets and the bolts were coming loose, so the fender was rattling and about to fall off. All we had to do was tighten the bolts. you should check that out. If that isn;t the problem, take the mechanic on a ride down a rough road so they know exactly what you are talking about.

Sounds like a loose strut, Have the shop ride with you over a bumpy road that exercises the strut. This will show 'em.

Too many shops raise the vehicle and say DUH! It looks OK to me BOSS!
It is really up to you to make sure they get it right....If they charged you, demand they go for a ride and show them what the issue is, they should give you an allowance for not getting it right the first time. If they want your return business..

I am lucky enough to live in Missouri where all the roads are bumpy! That is for diagnosing noisy suspension anyway.
