i need a cheap break away for about a week next month. Its gonna be my 21st do I wanna go somwhere lively and interesting. My ideal city break would be san fransico and I'd take a couple of days to drive through the calafornion mountains but I'm on a budget. I only speak a little spanish, I live in the Uk and I'm not really in to package deals, I prefer youth hostels and seperate cheap flights. So really any cool place thats like Austin or San Fran and less like Ibiza. I wanna buy drugs too. I've already been to Amsterdamn.

Any one who decides they want a cheap holiday with buying drugs? I suggest you get your head sorted first we don`t need anymore crazy lunatics high on substances they can`t control.

When I was 21 I went overland from Athens to London (by train, hovercraft, boat, on foot etc.) and stayed in hostels along the way. My route was Athens-Sofia-Bucharest-Budapest-
Vienna-Prague-Frankfurt-Luxembourg
-Paris-London. I had a blast! It took me a month but you could do part of it (or all if you didn't want too much of a rest) in a week. It also only cost me £500. Otherwise, I'd suggest Budapest- it's an awesome city- give it a go!

Dont go buying drugs, what's the point? You might get caught, then your vacation will turn into a disaster. I you decide not to buy drugs, go to Tallinn in Estonia or Muscat in Oman (Middle East). If you want to go to Far East, go to Singapore or Hong Kong, both places are fab. EasyJet flies from Stansted to Tallinn, you'll get to see a great city and a country if you rent a car and drive, it's reasonably priced too.

Can't help you with the drugs, I'm afraid, but I am pretty sure you can get whatever you want anywhere in Europe.
Cheap? Budapest, Prague, Dubrovnik, Barcelona ...
Amsterdam? Hah, bet you were fleeced. Very expensive drugs tourism there! Any of the other Dutch cities are much cheaper.

Didn't go myself but my friends say Bilbao in northern Spain might do it. Guggenheim Museum, excellent food and drinks. Lively and late night life.

Come to Galway R.O.I. its brilliant it has a great night life plenty of the old stuff that we like to call CRAIC & plenty of the black stuff too (GUINNESS) so come on over we will show you a good time for sure.
