If you want hair to grow faster, you have to take supplements that work on your body chemistry to support hair's growth and strength at its genesis.....once it has grown out, it is just dead keratin
Try GNC, they make a supplement called "Nourishair" in formulas for men and women..they are HUGE pills and you have to take 2 daily. There is also a "Hair skin and nails" formula from Andrew Lessman that you can google, that has great ingredients and is easier to swallow, made by ProCaps labs. You can also take large doses of Biotin, sometimes called Vitamin H, take no less than 2500 micrograms daily to support healthy hair growth. It may take 6 to 8 weeks to see results.

Getting your hair trimmed every 8 weeks or so will help hair grow as it should. I am only talking getting the "bare" ends trimmed, not an inch or more. Also try taking a daily vitamin because we usually rely on what we eat to give us our vitamins and minerals and foods don't contain enough of what we need for optimal hair growth. But by getting your ends trimmed, you are eliminating the possibility of split ends and if you have any plits you are taking care of those because split ends will cause the hair to not grow and if it splits all the way up to the root then your hair will not grow ever again. So it is good to keep your hair trimmed.

Head Massage For Fast Hair Growth

A thorough massage is necessary to improve the blood circulation of the scalp. By massaging the scalp the hair follicles are stimulated and the texture of the hair is also enhanced. Massaging activates the nerves and a sense of calmness in the mind ensues. This therapy is useful for people who have routine stress.

Everyday spend about 5-10 minutes massaging your hair with your fingers. Move your fingers circularly all over the head starting from the temporal parts to the occipital area. Apply the necessary pressure to the areas. Even Yoga exercises such as the headstand are recommended for proper circulation to all the parts, especially the hair follicles to stimulate growth.
There are various types of massaging techniques, which can be followed. Indonesian style is best suited for relieving mental tension and improving the quality of the hair. The massaging steps are given below in detail:

I spent plenty of time each learning and trying out this. Including the truth that I AM a certified cosmetologist. No bottle that claims "grows hair" is correct. As published the hair progress is began from inside and every character hair for your head is developing at one other price. Pills are the first-class notion however the various luxurious **** will do just what a purchase one get one bottle of biotin will do. Also, for the fool that says reducing your hair per month is useless, do not comply with that. We commend such to give up the cut up ends. If no longer adopted with a consistent hair reducing agenda (which in case you accomplish that probably the most that allows you to be chopped is a a million/two in, if that) you are cut up ends will keep up your hair. Causing that nasty hair that you just cannot even name lengthy given that it simply frizzles out on the finish. That or, simply steady breakage, which no person needs. And no, there's no different comfort to a cut up ends instead of reducing them off.

In short, no pun intended, you can't. Putting pregnancy and illness aside, hair pretty much grows at a maximum rate of half an inch per month no matter what you do. A little faster in the summer than in the winter. If you are referring to "color" that you want to have grow out, try temporary solutions to mask the transformation.

That's a myth that when you trim your hair it grows faster. Try taking prenatal vitamins. They will make your hair and nails grow and get stronger.
