Don't worship the Sun, worship the Son. Jesus is the only way.

Worshipping the sun is very much logical as well. Because the sun is at a particular distance from the earth we have been able to sustain life on this earth.

it makes absolute sense to worship the sun. There are several religions the major being Hinduism where still the Sun is worshipped

First, God is not an invisible man....God is not like any being or creature you have ever seen, heard about, or imagined.

Second, how could you worship the sun, when it was God who created it

go back to your sanity man

Some of us do, the God and Goddess. Why go on with the religion bashing. You have a right to believe as you wish as do others. This shouldn't be a forum for conversion but for information and understanding.

Go to Bondi Beach in high summer or any white sand beach on the California coast - plenty of Sun-worshippers there last I looked!

Because the Sun does not forgive!

No seriously, because gods are anthropomorphic. The Sun isn't.

Notice we capitalise the Sun's first letter. Hmm. Odd that.

Whatever your feelings about religion and God and/or gods, the reason we don't worship the sun is because we understand it. Science has explained the sun to us, thus it is no longer the great strange light in the sky. If it doesn't require faith, then it isn't religion.

Since we know the composition and life cycles of stars we know there are no mystical properties and no biological life to them. They are not an unknown anymore and one only really worships and has religious faith in unknowns.
