First kids are having sex alot younger then 16 second not a damn thing if they want to they're going to and there is a risk of infection and unwanted pregnacy at any age even while being married and something that could decreas it is to talk with them tell them the facts don't forbid it because if you forbid them to there going to it's just like when they where little and you told them not to play with something and they did it anyway! allow them to know what could happen and if they decide to you need to be there and suport them incase anything happens and don't look down on them either thats just stupid.

If you believe it is wrong you must then convince the children that it is wrong and why. Help them to see beyond the moment and understand the risks involved with this behavior. You can't stop them if that is what they really want to do. So you must affect their heart. Help them to learn and understand. Spiritual training is beneficial but it must also be backed up by a consistant, and good example in the home.

Education is the best and most effective tool here. They need to understand that while sex is a physical act, it is also a bonding of body, mind and soul. This is something that is sorely lacking in sex education today. The fact there is a permanent joining of two persons during sex that is eternal. They need to understand what enormous responsibility comes with sex and how they need to be mature enough to accept it.
Parents need to step up and take a leading role in their journey of sexual discovery. We need to treat teens as human beings and train them to have good self-images and to love themselves first, before giving themselves to another. A good parent will be a welcome mentor to their child as they enter the adult stages of their life, particularly the sexual realm. Don't shy away from your child's questions of sex. Take the responsibility and get informed for them, so you can guide them into happy and loving relationships that will last a lifetime.

Sex education; and lower the age of consent. In medieval times the age of consent was was from around 10 years old. This way they could get married before having sex.

The only thing you can do is educate them. Most of that education has to happen long before they become teenagers. By that time, they have their own minds and will do what they want.
Early sex education would be helpful, but is often objected to by those who believe that premarital sex is wrong.

you cant and why should you, it is perfectly legal, and upto the individuals if they want to have sex and protect themselves or not, just because you dont approve doesnt mean it is wrong, and besides its not only 16-24 year olds that are at risk or infection and unwanted pregnancy, there are plenty of irresponsible adults about aswell!

The most useful thing is to open for the sexual eduction and making them aware of sex and its pros and cons. Not only this but also we can promote the awareness raising programme for the safe sex for the unwanted pregnancy, and infection.

Why would you want to do that? If they are 18..they can make there own decisions. And if they are not smart ones...they have to pay the consequences like everyone else. As for 17 and under...there parents need to be there for them and be a good influence in there life.
