I love apple juice. I'm teetotal though. I'm sure I wouldn't like cider. The smell is enough to put me off! sorry!

I have had hard cider. It was pare. It was pretty good and my friend likes the apple cider. It is a popular thing at this bar across from campus (UCF). But other than there I dont ever see it. Last night on FoodTV I saw honey pumpkin cider?! Eh. Oh well, if your into it. Besides I think more and more people are wanting a beer that is not so beerish, in taste. I could be wrong but I dont like beer and I know a few others who dont as well. Mostly people that I know only drink regular beer because its cheep.

I like Strongbow, and Hornsby's but that have do be drank in moderation or you'll be calling the dinosaurs in no time. I beleive it is because of the sugar content and the alcohol mixed together, but I can only drink 3 or 4 before I have to switch to my regular brew

Spanish sidra (hard apple cider) from Asturias is fun to drink because of the way it's served. You pour a glass holding it at arms length in front of you and the bottle held behind your shoulder and hope it hits the glass. It can be messy but many bars have built in floor drains just for that purpose.

I started off drinking white lightning cider, then moved onto Scrumpy Jack and K Cider. I got too drunk one night on Scrumpy Jack that even the smell makes me heave now and thats after 10years.

Cider's good, especially fresh cider. When I was growing up, there was a neighbor who made apple cider while us kids watched and he always gave us a cup. Oh, the good ole days.
