I wanted to download windows vista from this URL :" http://www.microsoft.com/windowsvista/getready/preview.mspx " but I could not download that can help me or get another URL that I download windows vista ?

If you were looking to download Vista RC2, you're outta luck. I believe Microsoft limited it to 200,000 people.
