When I was a child, this is the first thing my grandmother would fix me after I was sick: Milk Toast
Heat a cup of milk till it is very hot but not simmering. Add a pinch of salt to the milk.
Toast 2 slices of bread and butter them. Put on a plate.
Pour the hot milk over the toast.

I could keep that down even when my stomach had been upset.

Eat some Cup O' Noodles and crackers. Drink Sprite & Gatorade. You are losing Electrolytes so that gatorade is important. The Cup O' Noodles is easy on the stomach & the crackers and sprite should help bring down the nausea.

If you are vomiting that much, you probably shouldn't eat anything. Dehydration is the issue, not starvation.
You should try to sip water, gatorade, 7-up(no fruit juices, or milk) and maybe try to suck on a popsicle. You should probably see a doctor.

Plain toast and chicken noodle soup. Ice chips. That's what my mother would give me. And try not to wolf any food down, just take little bites and sips so everything stays down.

Hope you get better soon!

anorexic? Bulimic?? Why would you be getting sick unless there are serious problems, sounds like you need to get checked out, or start drinking or smoke some pot, it gives you munchies.
