Like you'd approach a woman of one's own race. Get to know them as a person, then a friend and soon you'll find out if there is potential to be lovers, if that's what your goal is. Be patient and open-minded and you may just find what you're looking for.

You shouldn't have to approach a lady in ways according to her race!
Take the plunge and invite her out for a drink, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, if she wants to she will and if she doesn't she wont.
I think I'm a bit suprised at your question, didn't realise that you had to have seperate ways of speaking to people from different races, we're all human and deserve to be treated that way.
