I drink two litres of water a day. I dont smoke. I eat a balanced diet. I think it could be unbalanced hormones. Any advice?

less intake of oil related stuff , rich iron content diets should avoid these deficency of iron in food, especially papaya fruits should be good for this.

By spots, on your face, meaning pimples? Every person I know, thru T.V., says that Pro-active works...Jessica Simpson, Halle Berry, etc. says that even they wouldn't want to be photographed until they could clear their pimples up. They sell it now in Walmart stores around the country.

I started eating only organic foods - particularly chicken and eggs - and have noticed a difference with my skin already. Worth a shot at least :)

first it might be related to your age , and like you said hormones, mostly these spots clear up with time, but it might help if you go easy on high fat diets, peas and nuts or anything containing these items

you need to eat as much fruit and veg as you can possibly stand, try eating just fruit, veg and chicken and drinking lots of water for a couple of days guarenteed they will begin to clear up!!

Less oily foods...more fruit and veg, organic food....excercise get circulation to skin to take all the crap away..

Plenty of greens. Cabbage, cauliflower, peas, green beans etc etc.

sometimes, your diet dosent have anything to do with your spots, sometimes it can be from stress and ova things
