I eat a normal healthy breakfast, i have porridge or weetabix with a cup of tea, then i snack on fruit throughout the day and drink 2 litres of water, i do tend to have the odd cereal bar and yoghurt through the day. Then for my evening meal, about 7-8 o clock, i have some chicken or fish and vegetables, or a jacket potatoe and salad... I am also excercising daily, by skipping,going for walks and doing 300 sit ups...
will this help me loose weight? i need to loose a stone!

i know it will take some time considering my diet before...
I used to skip breakfast, only have a cup of tea, then i didnt used to eat anything the whole day, i would have some chocolate, then about 5 o clock i would have junk food, which would consist of burgers,fries,southern fried chicken and pizza!!

Way to Go!!!

You sound like you are on the right track to loosing the stone that you are after. If things arn't going as fast as you would like, however, you can increase things a bit by lowering the high glycemic index foods in your diet and replacing them with low sugar veggies. Also, seeing that you are open to eating some chicken and/or fish, if you increase your lean protein consumption in place of some other calories, it should increase your weight loss.

Regardless, what you are doing sounds great! Keep it up!

Your doin good, just be patient and the fruits will appear. Lol. Dont have too many fruits during the day though becouse they can account to weight. Try and stick to juicy fruits becosue they give glucode(energy) but dont account to weight. 4-5 fruits is great and also fullfills the eat five fruits a day rule.
If eating fruits gets hard/boring make them into lush smoothies in a blender.
Eat plenty of protien though or you'll get cramps from all the fibre in the fruits and consult your docter or Gp about how this will affect other ares of your body.

From the food you have listed you eat in a day, you are not even close to the calorie intake you need for good health. Your protein levels are also very low. That could be disastrous.

Will you lose weight from that low of a diet.....yes. Weight. But very lil fat. The weight you may start losing will be muscle. Your protein is so low that your body will take what it needs from your muscle to make up for it. The weight you start seeing go maybe just that. The fat loss will be very little.

when our bodies are deprived of protein it will start getting it from somewhere, the fat loss will slow down. The body realizes it is in a starving state and it will do whatever it can to hold onto that fat. The muscles will be the first to go. They will be broken down lil by lil.

If you feel the need to lose fat and go on a calorie deficient diet, at LEAST take 4-5 protein shakes a day to give your body the adequate protein.

The human body can live without carbohydrates of any kind, it would die without protein. If you feel the need to go on this calorie deficient diet , then by all means take alot of vitamins and minerals thru supplements.

Remember...multi vitamins will NOT absorb if taken without some sort of fat content. So if you are also keeping a diet devoid of fat ( never a good idea) you best find a way to get some fat so you can take your vitamins.

I eat loads of fruit and veg it gets boring at times. So to save time and effort of trying eat throught the lot when time is short I bought a power juicer. Its perfect for getting a lush blend of flavours by mixing all of the juices. You can use really great tasting fruit to sweeten up somewhat drab veggies that are packed with everything you need. You can also use the plup for loads of other things when you have more time to mess about with then. Its about the best buy I have made in years. Give it a try. But get a good quality one as the cheap ones are useless. Best wishesin your goal.

Well... This will make you lose weight, but most of it will be water weight and you'll gain it back fast. Try eating a healthy variety of foods instead of mostly fruit. Your body needs the additional nutrients and it's metabalolism won't slow down as you lose the wieght. The exercise sounds good and it seem you're on the way to a new and healthier you!

The amount and what your eating sounds good. You should be getting at least 30-60 min. of exercise daily to increase weight loss. If you are looking for a good fairly inexpensive program join weight watchers. You can still eat what you want, in porportion. My friends and I have all lost alot of weight following their program.

your routines show up good for diet concious
but u can consider few more points as well

less intake of food and oil related stuff ,
avoiding rice and fatty stuff will do good too ,
eating any non veg stuff and oil especially potato is sort of calories builder so avoid potato
other wise you are in excellent routine and diet concious
and always drink plenty of water from morning till evening
regular home work icnluding moping floor etc will make you bright

you will loose lots of weight this way but make sure that u consulted your doctor before you started this diet. I would cut down a little on the sit ups becuase if you are doing this much daily it could just build up muscle which is hevier than fat.

Sounds good to me. You should be skinny in no time.

Watch the fruit though, some contain a lot of sugar.

Sleeping will effect your blody weight so get enough sleep to looss your weight
