i ve got my gta vice city cd i inserted the cd but then nothing works and everything gets hanged up

Hi!
GTA VC has some minimum requirements. Do you meet them? Also. try disabling the anti virus for a few minutes, during CD's Autoplay.
Is your optical drive working properly?
If the answer to both questions is yes, then there might be another problem, such as free space on drive c: (or wherever your Windows folder resides) since the install might use some swap.
If your drive is working, but nothing seems to happen... the drive might be running really slow, try cleaning it.
If, for some reasons, your computer crashed during a MSI install, then installing might be slow or impossible. No easy advice on this matter.

Change the cd. If every cd dont read at your PC, your cdrom drive might be corrupted.

your computer might be to slow or not hold enough memory to support the cd.

if it's a copy then it probably didn't copy right, if it's an original then your pc might not be fast enough, or either way the disc might be damaged.
