the only and best solution is the well, the well the well!!!
you will lose weight when u will really want that, and when u will start seriously to react, and to be patinet while reacting!
that's what u should do:
1- walk, walk and walk, as u don't have monye to pay a gym center or sauna n spa.., u can dance as well, it's free!
2- drink a lot of water, bye your own 2 L bottle, only for ur use, and drink whenever u can, it's good for the body, for the skin, for everything!
3- please don't eat this: soda, sweets, pizza(italian food in general), fatty food, bread, chips, cakes and tarts
4- eat a looot of: fruits, vegetables, fish, tea with no suggar, teast(not very much)
5- find always something to do, when u are bored u think abt food, and u will eat more, so pls, read, walk, dance, do anything,
6- go to shops, and look at beautiful jeans and clothes waiting for u when u will lose ur weight!! it will motivate u!
7- if it's difficult, really difficult to stop eating a food from the n°3 list, u can just taste them, then u will never regrate, because when u will regrate a day, u will eat more than u eat now
8- don't prive ur self from ur 3 daily meals, nor from ur favourites foods, just take moderated quantities, less then modirated if u can
9-finally, i would say the WILL!!!
and good luck!

I discovered the e-book to be very informative and handy to learn. I've misplaced 17 kilos in 12 days, I'm simply involved that I'm wasting an excessive amount of weight, too rapidly. I will admit I have not adopted the consultant precisely. I'm now not sticking flawlessly to the indexed meals and meal plans (however more often than not) and doing little or no pastime, however the weight maintains flying off. It certainly works and if I'd adopted it precisely I suppose it could scare the dwelling daylights out of me due to the fact that of the volume that I'd lose. So thank you once more for the knowledge. I've certainly not bought whatever like this earlier than due to the fact that they're in most cases stuffed with trash, however 3WD has been a best shock. Get began at present!

Weight Watchers is the only thing that has ever worked for me. They teach you about healthy eating and portion control. What we think of as normal porition sizes are way more than we should have or need. My husband and I did it together, and we actually lowered our food cost because our portions were so much smaller. We could actually split a steak instead of each having our own. You have to fill up with vegetables and things like that at first because you will be hungry, but once you start losing weight and your stomach shrinks, you will actually feel bad eating the amount of food you used to. No foods are forbidden as long as you have the points available. Drinking plenty of water is also key. You should drink about half your weight in ounces. It will help fill you up as well. I also read that many times when people think they're hungry, they're really dehydrated because in general, we're not drinking enough water either. And of course exercise. It can be something as simple as walking. Then you can trade exercise points for food.

Good luck. It's hard, I know, but so worth it. Not only will you look better, but you'll feel better, have more energy. I lowered my cholesterol from 217 to 150 too.

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

Brandi S,
Okay listen to me, start eating a balanced diet, (three meals a day). Drink lots of water, (about eight glasses a day). Think possitive about yourself and the efforts that you are trying, and good luck. This will work, the portions of food need to be reasonable and the use of alcohol needs to be very moderate, and don't skip meals.
