so like maybe last year I will say if my memory is working right. or was it year before. At any rate I am 29. and since about right before my 28 birthday I have been easily aroused. waking up wet with no stimulation or even sitting in certain positions does it without thinking of anything sexual.

I have always heard and been told by older women that the 30's are magical sexually for a woman and the 40's just tops it off. i don't think its a far stretch that as you approach the golden decade that you are going to be getting aroused more easily.

Pleasure is nothing like it was 10 years ago or even 5 for me.

Yes, it happened to my sister, but for a very different reason than some of the other answerers'.
My sister was going through premature menopause, and her hormones were completely out of balance. She'd get drenched with sweat one moment as her internal perceived temperature soared (no temperature, though). Next minute, the "hot flash" would be gone and she'd be shivering. Then, she might have a mini-orgasm and her underwear was drenched, even though there was no visual or physical stimulation. She was at work!

Fortunately, she was able to get good medical help and it straightened out with hormone therapy.

Your problem could be different. If you watched porn and those memories keep surfacing as you work, or if the clothes or pantihose you wear are stimulating you, that could be a cause. Maybe there's a cute guy you're daydreaming about, or your husband?
In any case, wear deodorizing mini-pads or pantiliners, and if it persists see your doctor if you suspect hormonal changes.

When you say wet, does that mean sexually or are you urinating, sweating or is it a discharge? If it's the first one that's a mind thing. If you are sweating, just make sure you have good hygiene. If it is one of the other two you may need to see a doctor.

I think this is a fairly normal thing as a lot of women have discharge on a daily basis. However, if u are due ur period that may explain why it is getting heavier.

If u are really worried about this u should contact ur nurse at ur local GP.

Good luck

Some times hormones can do strange things to your body, if this is really worrying you you should go and see your doctor. Don't be embarrassed as that's what they are there for.
