as long as you take it at a steady pace and keep to it, you should start seeing some results soon, but to make it go along a little faster you should try doing more than walking 3 times a week for 30 minutes. You could try finding an exercise video that suites you, and whats comfortable to you, and start doing that as well as the walking but dont' do them on the same days, work one part of your body one day, and the other the next?

Loosing weight depends on many factors
1. What is your present weight, height and age?
2. What diet are you now in?
3. What is your activity level?
4. What sort of a excercise you do and how often?
only then we can estimate how long it will take to loose 10 Kgs of your weight.

some people lose it right now and others do no longer. I weighed 11 stone formerly I fell pregnant - quite slender as i'm tall. I gained around 4 stone and nevertheless 3 stone heavier than i used to be formerly I had my toddler boy. he's now 6 months and that i've got lost hardly any weight. while some each physique is very slender right now after having a toddler. in simple terms think of to your self it took 9 months to income it, so 9 months or greater to lose it.

no that is not enough I would say that is meagre you got to walk (brisk) for at least 40 minutes that too 6 days a week and eating RIGHT is necessary in this case you will be able to shed that extra 10 KG in 10 months else you got to get more rigorous.

You are on the right track.
Consistency is the key. Healthy foods & exercise.
The others are right, your metabolism will make a difference. Incorporate a bit of light weight training too, that will help it as well.

as long as you walk with some intensity.

a lot of people say "walk", but they don't say how hard you should walk (get yourself a good sweat going and you should be good)

look at these bunch of golfers, that's all they do is walk (stroll).

a lot of them look like walking pears (with the exception of tiger woods).

you could lose up to 2-3 pounds of solid fat a week with a good workout and diet.
