You are still undecided. UPSC is entrance for Central Government jobs. CAT is an entrance test for management course. Do you want to study further or take employment. Moreover, UPSC conducts selection tests for Central Government jobs from Clerk to Officer, and Civil to Military positions. You have not indicated any preference.

Firstly, decide whether you would like to work or study further.
The prospects of a CA are nearly same as that of an MBA for which you are intending to write the CAT Entrance Exam.

Its better, if you are more clear on your qaulification. Are you just a CA or do you have any work experience? Have you completed CA or just CA-Inter?

As you have also done your ICWAI, why dont you try and open an Auditing firm of your own and do all types of Accounting audits (Cost and Financial). You should know that a Business of your own is anytime better then anything else.
