I too worked in a call centre and went to the gym straight ways after my shift. Mind you, I worked straight days 8-1. You need the stress relief. If you don't belong to a gym, exercise videos are great, even creating your own workouts using light weights. The Internet has a wealth of information.
I subscribe to a couple of Women's Health Magazines, Shape being one of them and it's great. Available at any store.
I too can be guilty of junk food but am trying to change my eating habits. Made a big difference, and I had to change because of dealing with irritable bowel.
Exercise will give you more energy, it takes time but it WILL work.
I've never been able to sleep 11-12 hours, not now, before, years ago when I was depressed, yes but I sought medical help and my iron level was very very low. Now, 8 hours is more than enough. Has been for years.
Are you within walking distance to work? For your lunch, go for a walk, even around the bldg. Anything to get moving.
It's easier to keep the weight off then putting it on and then trying to get it off.
I'm in my mid 40's and am 130 lbs.
I was amazed, I did a video workout yesterday morning and the energy I had was amazing. I usually go to the gym with my hubby after he's done work so I do get an evening workout. Helps me sleep and feel energized throughout the week.

Wishing you well health in your success.

I'm a lot older than you are and I'm starting to get healthy again. I joined a women's fitness center and go 5 days a week for just 1/2 - 3/4 hrs a day; I think by going to the gym, I am more aware of what I eat. I don't deprive myself of sweets - I just eat them in moderation. By joining a gym, you can get a trainer (or just talking to other clients will help and inspire you). Your body will take some getting use to when you begin but when you see and feel a difference it'll be so worth while. Best of luck to you!

What's an eggetarian? I'm vegetarian.
I'm about to join a gym today. Do 1/2 hour aerobics & then some strength training, such as free weights.

I do love being healthy. What I do is Yoga and one other excercize, which I rotate out so I never get bored (Pilates, aerobics, running, etc.). And just try to eat right, you know, drink water and eat healthier stuff... I don't watch calories or anything, I just choose more fruits and veggies, organic foods, and look for ingredients that are real food, not chemicals. Anyway, I feel really good!

yes, but 120 lbs. aren't that great for a 21 yr. old guy, you should be heavier. Eat more junk food.
