Ex: There's a chair in the room...I see it as green & so does my friend, another person sees it as red & so does his friend, a third person sees it as yellow, as does his friend. How can we possibly say that those who don't see the chair as being the same color we do are wrong?

I hope you know you are opening a door as to which you will have a lot of responses. I like the way you asked this question. I believe each path is different for each person and to try to convince some one their path is wrong is a very judgemental seat that only the Father should sit in. As to the color I see it as a Rainbow!!!!

Religious people seem to be the least enlightened people I know. Enlightenment seems to come from realizing that gods are fiction.

And to answer your example, it doesn't matter. I have a car who's odometer is blue. A friend has one with a red display. A third has an analog display with a white needle. It is still the same speed we're measuring. With sight, we're all measuring the same wavelength with our eyes, no matter what color label we give it in our brains.

Ah; but the chair can only seat 1 person!
So, too, with enlightenment. Possibly many paths, but only 1 is Truth.
Remember, not all wisdom is good.

That is an outstanding veiwpoint in my opinion. You have just demonstrated the EXACT way of thiking that the whole world needs to understand. And no...no living man could possible stand in front of anyone else and proclaim his way is the only way. Such a wild boast will be their punishment in death.
