The inspired Word of God can be found in the Holy Bible. Even though written by men, it was inspired by God / Holy Spirit.

Other "gospels" didn't fit the criteria in order to be considered "inspired by God or Holy" for one reason or another.

Pray about what you read and be very careful. Our minds are like the computer language...garbage in, garbage out.

Also take a look at Rev. 22:18-21 for what God tells us on adding to or taking away.

No, it's a Gnostic gospel which has nothing to do with what the Apostles taught. It was not written by Judas or anyone who knew the Apostles. It's primary objective is to glorify Judas instead of giving glory to Jesus. That makes it a false gospel.

Why do people who don't accept the true gospels in the bible go searching for a false one?

Most of the stuff is inspired by the holy spirit! A good Reading after you know the bible first! Then you can discern the fleshly writing and see Gods spirit in the inspired parts!

It depends on you. When you read these texts, do you feel fulfilled? Are you closer with God? Some people feel close to God when they are in the company of their Church, others feel closer to God when they sit on top of a mountain looking out at the wonder of Gods creation. Yet there are some who only believe what they read. Ask yourself, ask your heart.

They sure did "feel" authentic & pure when I read them. But to KNOW for sure, how can we really? It's the same dispute as the bible. But I stick to what I have always said, what is true FEELS true, what is love FEELS LIKE LOVE> that's all They wanted from us, love for God, love for each other.

Everything was written by man/woman. Whose to say over the ages texts were not changed and added to for peoples self gain. It is always good to take what feels right with you and leave the rest.
